ITOOLS TECH offers a regrinding and retiping SERVICE on all our Standard and Special Tools in PCD and CBN.

When the customer gives us the worn tools we do not limit ourselves to Retip them, but we do a complete check-up that restore them And we do the same for the worn Special Tools in PCD, Boring Tools, Reamers, Milling Cutters and Inserts PCD&CBN  bringing them back to the original geometries.

Our special tools in PCD & PCBN and inserts are retipped and Checked with the best Technologies currently available: AGATHON, EWAG, LASER DMG, VENT, WALTER DIAMOND, FANUC STUDER HAIMER ZOLLER KEYENCE.

We manage the Service in 3/5 Weeks for the Special and 2 weeks for the Standard.
